Shipping & Import Duties
DOZART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Fraud Prevention
In cases of suspected fraud or false chargebacks, we will report it to Shopify and apply a $100 fraud fee. Please make sure your claims are accurate.
